Hey everyone!
I have been thinking a lot about this " chance to start over" I have received. I am thinking I am gonna try to quit smoking, I have already harshly cut down on the drinking and I want to create more healthier eating habits. I live in a place that promotes all these things afterall. I am pretty sure I won't start biking or get a smart car, cause thats just not my scene. However, a little bit of excerise and eating right never killed anyone... did it? I checked out my BMI today and I am in the "healthy" category, which did lift my spirits. But in my eyes there is always room for inprovement. So you will hear from me a little more with my progress and what all I have been doing. But as the title says, today I will make me some banana bread again cause I made it a couple weeks ago and it was awesome! So I got a craving and I have always said, you gotta give and take with yourself. No point in denying yourself of the things you love cause then you are never happy. I am also taking up a new hobby that I don't care if anyone has a problem with me being better at it than them... and thats Photography. I have always loved to take pictures and I am gonna feed that craving and make myself happy. I will have to post some of the wildlife pics I have taken recently on here. But right now I think I will go see if I won any money on the lotto max and go for a walk on the beach and then like the title says, Banana bread. Have a great day! Ciao.

Happy new year!
Hey there!
I know I am late with the new year greeting, but it has been an extremely busy last month for me. We moved to Vancouver Island! Thats right, left the cold and miserable confines for the cold white north and headed to green grass and ocean waves in January! I gotta tell ya too, I freakin love it! There will be a little more bloggin goin on too, cause we are soooo close to the boat now. Nevermind that there is just so much sweet stuff to find and do all year round here!
We got a really nice house on the beach, which was a real leap of faith for one and a lucky score as well. We found this place 2000 KM away! Never saw it... just totally trusted the people and low and behold! It worked out! It's so nice to know that there are still good people out there.
So keep your eyes peeled for more posts, I will be back once I am totally settled in and we get some adventures going.
Til then, peace out!

I know, it's been a while again.
Hey there people!
I know its been a while since I was on here... but winter has hit and life is not much fun again. A person has to work sometime I guess.
However, I did manage to get a few days off, so we'll be on the road Saturday morning for a much needed escape. Should be good considering I know I need it. Also got the big Christmas party tomorrow night, looking really forward to it as long as everything works in my favor before the party. ( getting my hair cut and I hope that I got everything I need to look and feel my best!)
I did purchase a really awesome wallet tonight to take with me to the party. I decided since I am wearing a Chanel dress (while I love this dress, not really my every day kind of attire.) I would rock it up a little and purchase a "Metal Mullisha " wallet. I think with my black shoes that I am pretty sure i'm gonna wear I will impress myself even. But I just wanted to drop a line and let y'all know I am still alive, just surviving in the most stressful town in the world, til I can get out again....
xoxo,
Crystal

The intro to it all...
Oh my where to start, I have rewritten this about 5 times... So I am just gonna write this straight up. I don't know about you, but when it comes to the whole "tell me a little about yourself" crap, I am always at a loss for words. My usual response is " what would you like to know?" The only reason for that is because I have always been told that I take a little longer than most people to get to a point from time to time.
I have a plan to write about my travels and my boat, I guess I gotta fill you in on how we do this. My other half works as an electrician in Fort Mac. Enough said, thought so. He works a week on and a week off, and I have a sweet little gig that gives me all the time off I need cause it's one of those jobs that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out. So that's basically the low down on how this all works. I hope you enjoy the rest of the posts, for right now I am gonna go and have a smoke and figure out how I am gonna start the next one, or just go to sleep. I'll decide during my cigarette. For now, TTFN.
